Inverter Bulletin Descriptions

3032.1 2.5 kVA Static Inverter (Bulletin 6414)
The L-3 Communications EUROATLAS Static Inverter 2.5 kVA converts DC power to regulated 230 V, 50 Hz, single phase power for various electrical consumers. Originally designed for surface ship service, this lightweight Inverter family has been specifically tailored to meet the environmental requirements of railway applications (vibration, temperature, etc.) which are almost as strong as for military purposes.

3043 Static Inverter - 19" (Bulletin 6415)
The L-3 Communications EUROATLAS Static Inverter 2.5 kVA in 19 inch enclosure converts DC power to regulated 230 V, 50 Hz, single phase power for various electrical consumers. Originally designed for surface ship service, this lightweight Inverter family has been specifically tailored to meet the environmental requirements of railway applications (vibration, temperature, etc.) which are almost as strong as for military purposes.

FCI-300 Series (Bulletin 445)
As an integral component of a fuelcell power plant or other DC power source, L-3 Communications Power Systems Group's Frequency Conditioner Inverter (FCI) system produces high quality power for both grid-connected and grid-independent applications. The FCI power conditioning system uses solid-state semiconductor switches, typically IGBT's, to invert the DC to AC. The AC voltage can then be used to power grid-independent loads or can use the built-in motor operated switch to automatically synchronize with the utility grid in dispatched power mode.

PS277-3 (Bulletin 803)
The PS277-3 static inverter was designed to replace rotary motor-generator sets. L-3 Power Systems Group's static inverters provide a no-maintenance, solid-state solution to the conversion of DC power to the AC power required to operate motors and solid-state loads. The output of these inverters is a low distortion, regulated, EMI filtered sinewave. This multipurpose solid-state inverter is designed to the requirements of MS17406-3.

PS283-3 (Bulletin 802)
Designed to replace rotary motor-generator sets, L-3 Power System Group’s static inverters provide a no-maintenance, solid-state solution to the conversion of DC power from the aircraft bus to the AC power required to operate motors and solid-state loads. The output of these inverters is a low distortion, regulated, EMI filtered sinewave. The multipurpose solid-state inverter is designed for application in military and commercial fixed and rotary wing aircraft.

PS285-1 (Bulletin 802)
Designed to replace rotary motor-generator sets, L-3 Power System Group’s static inverters provide a no-maintenance, solid-state solution to the conversion of DC power from the aircraft bus to the AC power required to operate motors and solid-state loads. The output of these inverters is a low distortion, regulated, EMI filtered sinewave. The multipurpose solid-state inverter is designed for application in military and commercial fixed and rotary wing aircraft.

PS293-2 (Bulletin 807)
Designed to replace rotary motor-generator sets, L-3 Communications Power Systems Group's static inverters provide a no-maintenance, solid-state solution to the conversion of DC power from the aircraft bus, to the AC power required to operate motors and solid-state loads. These sinewave inverters offer a 1000 VA single phase output. This multipurpose solid-state inverter is QPL listed and is designed for application in military and commercial fixed and rotary wing aircraft.

PS304C (Bulletin 802)
Designed to replace rotary motor-generator sets, L-3 Power System Group’s static inverters provide a no-maintenance, solid-state solution to the conversion of DC power from the aircraft bus to the AC power required to operate motors and solid-state loads. The output of these inverters is a low distortion, regulated, EMI filtered sinewave. The multipurpose solid-state inverter is designed for application in military and commercial fixed and rotary wing aircraft.

PS325 (Bulletin 802)
Designed to replace rotary motor-generator sets, L-3 Power System Group’s static inverters provide a no-maintenance, solid-state solution to the conversion of DC power from the aircraft bus to the AC power required to operate motors and solid-state loads. The output of these inverters is a low distortion, regulated, EMI filtered sinewave. The multipurpose solid-state inverter is designed for application in military and commercial fixed and rotary wing aircraft.
